Summer is here, and that means Yellow Green Farmers’ Market is bursting with fresh fruits and veggies, all grown within the local area and harvested right before coming to market. When you visit you’ll find tables piled high with ripe, juicy tomatoes, plump eggplants, and crisp heads of lettuce. But groceries are just a fraction of what you’ll find at this popular Hollywood destination. You’ll also be able to browse more than 300 different vendor booths at this 100,000-square-foot facility.
A good number of those booths sell prepared foods, ranging from smoothies, to Philly-style cheesesteaks, to Korean bibimbap, so Yellow Green can be a good place to pick up a quick lunch while you’re out and about. The market is also home to a variety of specialty vendors, selling fresh bouquets of flowers, locally-made jewelry, hand-carved bowls, and more. You can even find silly gifts, like bow ties for puppies and neon-painted succulents in pots.
